PR operates across stakeholder groups and communities and there’s no doubt the days of having one message for customers, another for staff, and yet another for investors are well and truly over.

Across the world, Haymarket's PR awards (also known as the PR Week awards in some parts of the world) honours transformative work that demonstrates the highest standards across regions and territories, as well as the best work in the distinct markets of Asia-Pac, LATAM, and the Middle East, Europe and the US.

In February 2025, India will be hosting the sixth edition of the PR awards that honours local excellence in the field of communications.

Who Should Enter

The awards are open to PR Consultancies, Solo Practitioners and Corporate Communications departments. Eligibility period

Work conducted must be between 1st December 2023 to 30th November 2024 in order to be eligible

Entries Open: 5th December 2024

Entry fees

From 5th December to 30th December 2024: Rs. 10945 per entry + GST

From 31st December to 30th January 2025: Rs. 12650 per entry + GST

Dates and Deadlines

Early Bird Deadline:	30th Dec 2024
Final Entry Deadline:	30th Jan 2025
Jury Round:	4th Feb to 11th Feb 2025
PR Awards Night:	19th Feb 2025

Entry Criteria

To ensure your entry is complete and eligible for judging, please include the following:

Completed online entry form
Supporting materials uploaded on the microsite/landing page (ensure compliance with format requirements)
Maximum file size per item: 10 MB
Full payment for all entries submitted
For video submissions: Send one DVD with high-resolution versions of all videos (H.264 compression, 1280 x 720 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, and in .mp4, .avi, .mov, or .mpeg2 format)
Endorsement required: Entries must be endorsed to proceed to the judging round.

Awards Categories

In categories with 3 or less entries, the judging scores will decide whether an entry is awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze. In cases where there are fewer entries in the category, judges will unanimously decide whether there should be a shortlist and/or whether any trophies should be awarded at the second round of judging.
